The room is immaculate with balcony, also they can offer wake-up service. The service is EXCEPTIONAL, includes great parking.

Views are quite bad.

marvellous and fab location, pleasant hotel and also fairly clean. spotless rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. had clean central heating, an electronic key card and a tv. location close to the local beaches and coastal paths and the bar / restaurant. nearby the griffin inn - great place to chill out. certainly a comfortable experience for a short stay in newquay.

Had a blast with my friends! The location is spot on, just a short walk to the beach. The super nice team, setting up beer pong for us. We also enjoyed visiting the local surf spots and the lively nightlife nearby. Definitely coming back for another fun trip!

My room had a window with no view, just the side of a building, disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids. The beach nearby was perfect for their daily surfing! The staff were accommodating. Plus, the rooms were well furnished and spacious enough for a family of four, a huge bonus.

My kids wished the hotel offered more dining options for families during the week.

I had an incredible meal with delicious cocktails and an impressive breakfast that was both tasty and twisty! The clean and stylish room made my stay so comfortable. Would absolutely return next time!

great staff but room for improvement

The staff provided really good service, being friendly and accommodating during our late arrival. The breakfast staff was equally good, we were taken care of with a warm and cute demeanor.

The location is super close to beach n shops, really easy to get around. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially claudia who's just the best! Breakfast was really good too, lots of options and everything cooked fresh like it should be. The room was small but comfy & clean, loved the shower, it was massive!

Only bad thing was the parking situation, always kinda full. The bed was a bit soft for my liking, might not be comfy for everyone.

Great staff and fun beer pong, but the Wi-Fi was weak in the room.

A Good Stay with Fantastic Service!

The staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. The breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options, and my partner was surprised with a complimentary glass of prosecco for his birthday. Highly recommend!

Just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Newquay with good price value. The view from my room was decent, looking at some other apartments but it was fine for what I needed. Remember to check the bar hours if you want a nightcap.

Stylish decor and great location

I enjoyed my stay with the beautifully decorated rooms and the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel's location right across from Great Western Beach made it easy to access the beach and local shops. The staff were very cute and provided helpful recommendations for local activities. The room could have been slightly larger for added comfort.

Clean room, friendly staff, the bar area is very well set out, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking along the beach and enjoying the nearby attractions.

I really appreciated the upgrade to my room, which made my stay feel special, and I loved the cozy lounge where I had a nice coffee. The beach access was perfect for a morning stroll, and the relaxation room was a great spot to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that there wasn’t a lift, which could be tough for some guests. 😊

The rooms were clean and the staff here were super friendly. I got a room with a killer view of the beach and sea - it was amazing! Everything was on point. Plus, it was in a great spot, not too far from the city center. 🌊
